Albert G. Johnson

Albert G. Johnson (Ajay), age 74, was born on June 5, 1951 in Sandersville, GA. He peacefully departed life on August 9, 2025, at his home in Hamilton, NJ. Albert was educated in public school and graduated from Bensalem High in Bensalem, PA. Albert was a resident of Hamilton Township, NJ and was last employed as a Security Guard.

Albert was a member of Corinth Baptist Church and was a member of Son of Solomon, Shriner, Cypress #5 (32nd degree), Royal Arch and Knight Templar.

He loved DJaying, shooting pool, and watching westerns. He also enjoyed watching baseball and football, where his favorite team was the Philadelphia Eagles.

Albert was predeceased by his mother, Lovey Mae Johnson and siblings, Henry Johnson, John Johnson, Roy Johnson and Tina Johnson.

Albert leaves to mourn and cherish precious memories, his wife of 32 years, Juanita Powell Johnson; brothers Wayne Johnson, William Johnson and Steven Johnson; brother-in-law Curtis Powell Jr. (wife Jean); sister-in-law Roberta Ray; children Casey Diggs (wife Conswaila), Brian Stone (wife Monica), Kelvin Griffin, Darren Gundy, Albert Johnson Jr., Crystal Johnson (husband Sheridan),  Andrea Moore, Marcus Covington, Shulanda Griffin, Aaron Covington, and stepson Eddie Roberts Jr. (wife Maxine), Carolyn Mangrum (Andrew), 30 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephew and friends and special friend, Tyrone King.

Funeral service will be 1pm Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Corinth Baptist Church, 31 Hawthorne Ave., Ewing, New Jersey 08638. Calling hours will be 11am until the time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
