Annette J. Collins

ANNETTE was born on December 17, 1967, in Trenton, NJ to the late Perry and Elizabeth Treadwell. She departed this life on May 23, 2025. 

ANNETTE was educated in the Trenton Public School Systems and worked at Penn Medicine (Princeton) as an Information Receptionist for 8 years. 

ANNETTE was predeceased in death by her parents Perry and Elizabeth Treadwell, eldest sister Linda Treadwell, and great nephew Sherief Treadwell. She was also predeceased by her brother - in - law John Moore, brother - in - law Troy Collins, and sister-in-law Octavia Collins. 

ANNETTE leaves to cherish her memory her husband Calvin Collins, and her only child Calvin Collins, Jr., one brother Perry Treadwell, Jr. (Angela) of Philadelphia, PA, two sisters, Yvette (Trish) Goss (Juan), and Joyce Moore (Scott) both of Willingboro, NJ. A loving and special Godmother Evelyn Smith of Willingboro, NJ and one Uncle William Bowe, Sr. (Uncle Buck) (Mary) of Willingboro, NJ. She also leaves to mourn and cherish her memory nieces and nephews, Maurice Treadwell, Michael Treadwell, Antwan Treadwell (Rosemary), Juan Goss, Jr., Brandon Goss (Mel), Kelly Goss (TJ), Tonya Treadwell, Cassey Jones (Horace), Andrae' Treadwell, Jamie Moore. Annette also leaves to cherish her memory, father - in - law Calvin Collins, Sr. and mother - in -law Barbara Collins, brother - in - law Gennis Collins, of Philadelphia, PA and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

Funeral service will be 11am Friday, June 20, 2025 at St. Paul A.M.E. Zion Church, 1130 Lower Ferry Rd., Ewing, NJ. Calling hours will be 9am until the time of service at the church. Interment will be at ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.
