Antonio Drummond was born on August 08, 1955 in Accomack County, VA to Earlie Drummond and Hester Beckett-Sturgis. On Thursday, April 24, 2025, God sent an Angel to bring his son home. Antonio went to sleep on Earth only to be awaken in paradise to be amongst the chosen.
Antonio known as "Tony" to his family and friends. He was educated in Trenton Public School system; he enjoyed walking around the City of Trenton every single morning and he did various jobs as a Handyman. He also enjoyed playing games on his tablet and taking care of his new best friend.
He was predeceased by his father, Earlie Drummond; mother Hester Beckett- Sturgis, Shirley Mae Bagwell, Kevin Sturgis, Robert Sturgis, Milton Lofland and Melvin Beckett. Antonio's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by, his loving chil- dren Antonio Chavis (Vernice), Anthony Chavis, Charmaine Chavis and Antonio Wells; 19 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren all from Trenton, NJ; his siblings, James Bagwell (Minnie), Carolyn Sturgis, Paulette Sturgis, Elton Sturgis and Joseph Porcelli (Carla); two Special Nieces Chicquita Lofland (Terrence) and Toshika Tull; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 2pm Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 1pm until the time of service. Interment will be private.
