Billy Hamilton

Billy Jermaine Hamilton was born January 14, 1976, in Trenton New Jersey, to the late Gwendolyn Hamilton and Billy Odom.

Billy was educated by Trenton Public School systems.

Billy departed this life on April 26, 2023, at Cooper Medical Center in Camden New Jersey, he was surrounded by his loving family and special friends. Billy who was a unique soul and affectionately called "Wild Bill". His confident, straight forward personality, attractive smile, and sense of style would light up any room he walked into Billy enjoyed spending most of his time with his son, which was his pride and joy, he had extreme love for music, and chilling with the fella's (Prazlervilte), and he loved riding his dirt bike with the 609 Wild-Out Wheelie Boys.

Billy is predeceased by his mother Gwendolyn Hamilton; grandparents Emma Jane Hamilton and Leroy Johnson, Thelma Odom and George C. Odom; two uncles James and Horace Hamilton; a nephew Jeremy Hamilton; two cousins Fuquan and Antwan Johnson.

Billy leaves many people to cherish his memories, his father Billy Odom of Trenton NJ; son Jermaine Hamilton of Trenton NJ; seven sisters, Adrienne Hamilton of Trenton NJ, Tawanda (Donshea) Parks of Hamilton NJ, Crystal Odom of Hamilton NJ, Kelly Barber of Trenton NJ, Michelle Freeman of Trenton NJ and Latisha Martin of Trenton NJ; four brothers, Brian Hamilton of Trenton NJ, Cleveland (Martisha) Scott of Hamilton NJ, Terrance and Craig Alford of Trenton NJ. Special Friend Donnetta Smith of Trenton NJ, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and
friends.

When you come to the end of the road and the sun has set on me,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room, why cry for a soul set free.

Miss me a little-but not too long, and not with your head bowed low,
Remember the love that we once shared, Miss me-but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take, and each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan, a step on the road to home.

Funeral service will be 1pm Friday, May 12, 2023 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618 . Calling hour will be 12pm until the time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
