Brian Hughes

Brian Hughes was born on January 30, 1976 to Martha and Charles Hughes in Trenton, NJ. He peacefully transitioned his earthly life to his heavenly home on April 4, 2021. 

 

Brian attended the Trenton School System and was a graduate of Trenton Central High School. He was formerly employed at Kicks USA, The Music Shop and Amazon. As a young child, he had a love for animals, often talking of becoming a veterinarian. He loved music, going to the movies, and playing video games. His favorite sports team was his beloved Dallas Cowboys. Brian loved children and doted on his nephews and spent as much time as he could with them when their father passed away suddenly. Brian was a very respectful and lovable person and affectionally referred to his mother's friends as Auntie or Uncle. 

 

Brian was predeceased in death by his paternal grandmother Olivia White, his maternal grandparents, James and Gussie Bryant and brother Charles (Chucky) Hughes, III.

 

Brian leaves behind to cherish his precious memories his loving parents Martha Hughes and Charles Hughes, stepmother Vanessa Hughes, stepsisters Tanya Platt, Catherine Jordan and Lauren Gyampo. Six aunts and uncles, Sylvia Sexton (McKinley)Capital Heights, MD, Linda Boone (Delbert) Hallsboro, NC, Flossie Batts (Ivery) Hampstead, NC. Three (Mary) Gimli, Canada, Bobby Bryant, Whiteville, NC and Lester Hughes, Trenton, NJ. Three nephews, Xavier, Jeremiah Hughes and Noah Gyampo. He is also survived by his beloved Godmothers Delores Reynolds, and Lorene Burnett both of Trenton, NJ, a special Godfather, John Thomas of Trenton, NJ, and a host of cousins, family and friends.
