Bruce W. Oliver Jr.

Bruce W. Oliver Jr., 51, of Trenton, NJ departed this life on May 6, 2023, after a tragic motorcycle accident.

Bruce W Oliver, Jr., was born in Trenton, NJ on September 6, 1971, to Lena C. Logan-Oliver and Bruce W. Oliver, Sr. He remained a lifelong Trenton area resident.

Bruce was educated in the Trenton Public School System and was a graduate of Trenton Central High School in 1989. He was formally employed by Occupational Training Center (OTC) of Burlington County, NJ.

"Big June" as he was affectionately called, was a family man that loved his siblings; and adored his mother, children, and grand-children.

Bruce was an avid football player in high school. He loved cooking, bowling, going out to eat, and riding his motorcycle. He was a member of 3 Wheel Motion Club. Bruce had an awesome sense of humor and a heart of gold. He had a genuine love for people and made a positive impression on those he met throughout his life.

Bruce is predeceased by his father, Bruce W. Oliver, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Alfred and Minnie Oliver; maternal grandparents, Charles, Sr., and Julia E. Logan; maternal uncles, Charles Logan, Jr., Ronald Logan, and Harry Logan; paternal uncles; James Oliver, and Alfred Oliver,Jr.

Bruce's memory will be cherished and forever remembered- by his loving mother, Lena C. Logan-Oliver; his siblings, Lisa J. Logan-Willis (Saladeen), Ronald Logan, Cheryl M. Oliver, and Tameka M. Oliver; his children, Bruce W. Oliver III, Ja'Mir, Jay'lah, and Jayden Oliver; his- grandchildren, Jayla, Taylor, and Kay'Lani Oliver; his aunts, Shirley A. Preston, Lillian P. Logan, Maxine Oliver and Barbara Oliver; his god sister, Ebony L. Hardee; his fiance, Amaryllis Rivera; his special friends, Tommy McNeil, Frederick "Little Man" Colvin, and Billy Vae; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 12pm Saturday, May 20, 2023 at St. Paul A. M. E. Zion Church,1130 Lower Ferry Rd, Ewing, NJ 08638. Calling hours will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ. Arrangements are by Hughes Funeral Home.
