Carol A. Ratliff

Carol was born on Thursday, April 27, 1944 in Trenton, New Jersey to Doris Williams-Cooper and Harry Williams. On Saturday, July 15, 2025, Carol peacefully answered the
Master's call from labor to reward and collected her wings and went on to glory from Serenity Hospice. A job well done my good and faithful servant.

Carol Ann Ratliff, affectionatley known as "Pinkey" was united in holy matrimony to Alexander Ratliff Sr. and from this union they became the proud parents of five children
Barbara, Stephanie, Alexander, Crystal and Charles.

She was educated in the Trenton public school system. Carol furthured her education while attending Mercer County Community College. She was employed by the Trenton Board of Education.

In her leisure time, Carol's passion was shopping and spending money. She loved to eat crabs and drink Pepsi soda. She also loved spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Carol was a member of the Eastern Stars. She will be deeply missed by her entire family and and close friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Doris Williams-Cooper and Harry Williams; her daughter Crystal Ratliff-Otto; her siblings Doris Williams, Robert Williams, Gary Williams
and Harry Williams Jr.

Carol's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her children Barbara Barnes (Robert), Stephanie Ratliff, Alexander Ratliff, Charles Ratliff, Miya, Ciara, Rain Ratliff, Wylene Jones; her special aunt Fornia Wilson; her amazing friend and caregiver Edie Shipworth; her long time friend Rose Leach; ten cherished grandchildren, fifteen cherished great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 12pm Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 11am until the time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.
