Celia M. Gordon

With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Celia accepted her angel's invitation into the kingdom on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Capital Health Systems at Fuld. As a result, our hearts are less bright, but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter.

Celia M. Gordon was born May 05, 1940 in Douglas, Georgia to Lester and Marie Robinson.

She was educated at Carver Elementary School and graduated high school in Douglas. She was employed as a factory worker most of her life.

In her leisure time, Celia loved to cook and her passion was dancing.

She was predeceased by her parents Lester and Marie Robinson; her siblings Willie, Johnny, Donnie, Burnice, Jackie Robinson, Josephine Page and Eunice Guess.

Celia's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her loving and devoted son Theotis Robinson; her sisters Marie Hicks, Linda Conners, and Barbara Garvin all of Georgia; a brother LaRue Robinson of Georgia; her grandchildren Shirishah Robinson, Tawana Brantley and Richard Brantley; a special nephew Jermaine Robinson of New Jersey; two special cousins Betty Hall and Tia Washington both of New Jersey; a special sister/cousin Bett)' Wilson of Georgia; goddaughter Evelyn Butler of New Jersey; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11am Monday, June 9, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
