Charles William Brister, (Chuckie) was born on December 24, 1963 inBrooklyn, New York. He went from labor to reward on January 24, 2024. Charles was educated in the Trenton School System and in the West Windsor Plainsboro High School
After his training he was employed in Yardville, NJ as a presser. Later he moved to Philadelphia, PA. and worked as a presser with his uncle the late Ennis Dawson.
Charles was a faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church until his health declined.
He loved going to the movies and cheered for his favorite team "The Dallas Cowboys". He enjoyed playing the drums in a church in New York City.
Charles is predeceased in death by Gloria Gray and Debra David.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories, Mother, Lorraine B. Brister; sisters, Regina Brister-Shaw and Sharon Brister; Niece, Nicole Shaw; Great Niece, Aniyah Richardson; Aunts, Marlene Dawson and Maryann Brown; Cousins, Crystal Blanco, Janelle Brown, Crystal Shaw Michael White, Gerald Brown; Caretaker, John Alagna and other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 11am Tursday, February 1, 2024 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be private.
