Christine Tillman, daughter of the late Queen Ester Smith-Larkin and Marion Larkin, was born May 31, 1953 in Troy, Alabama.
The beloved Christine Tillman was educated within the Pike County Alabama School system. After graduating Christine attended Monmouth Bible Institute as well as Bible College of Philadelphia.
Being a faithful and devoted member of Friendship Baptist Church of Trenton NJ, Christine served as President of Matrons II Missionary as well as a component of Davis and Hayes Young Adult Choir. Following Christine's journey of faith she transferred her membership to Kingdom Church currently known as Change Church of Ewing NJ. While on this path Christine served on the Shepherd Ministry, ICare Ministry and founder of the Bereavement Ministry. During her outreach, with a compassion for people, Christine would visit the sick and bereaved families with spiritual prayer for healing and natural food. She always had a word of inspiration and a meal for their souls. She also served meals on wheels delivering food to seniors and those in need.
Christine worked at North Princeton Developmental Center (Skill man) until the closure of the facility. She then transferred and retired from Trenton Psychiatric Hospital in Trenton New Jersey as a HST.
Christine was predeceased by her mother, Queen Ester Larkin, father Marion Larkin, sister Clara Mae Windom and brother Curtis Smith.
She leaves behind her loving husband Anthony (Tony) Tillman; her brother and sisters Clara Mae Windom, Marion Smith (Jerrusaia), Martha Stroman (BOB), Oscar Smith (Inez), Doris Rouse; Children Apria Larrkins-Wilkerson (Ernest), Robert D. Bland, Anthony C. Tillman; her grandchildren Keithyana N.Larkins, Clifford C. Little, Jahleel B. Wilkerson, Ba'shaun C. Tillman; great grandchildren Kadir White (kk) RIP, Karter White, I'Kari Dowell; host of nieces, nephews, cousins and her best and close friends Karen Gerald Upshaw, Carol Little, Janice Spears, Linda Whitta Iva Jones.

Funeral service will be 11am Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Change Church, 200 Ludlow Ave., Ewing, NJ, 08638.  Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ. Arrangements are by Hughes Funeral Home.
