Ms. Deborah Renee Barrett, beloved daughter of Zellean Lewis Barrett and Douglas Allen Barrett, was born August 13, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York. She peacefully entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at her home with her son in Hamilton, NJ. after an extended illness.
 
She attended public schools in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Boys and Girls High School. Deborah completed over 300 hours of nursing assistant training in 1994. She lived in Brooklyn most of her life but later moved to Irvington, NJ to East Orange, NJ before moving to Hamilton, NJ earlier this year. Deborah gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was employed by New York State Staten Island DDSO for over 14 years. Deborah enjoyed traveling, listening to music and seeing family.
 
She was united in marriage to Keith Snead, Sr. A son, Keith Snead was born from this union.
 
She was later united in marriage to Tanis Belizaire who preceded her in death. A son, Dimitri Belizaire was born from this union.
 
She leaves to cherish the memory of her life her mother, Zellean Barrett of Brooklyn, NY; her father, Douglas Barrett of New Bern, NC; her two sons, Keith Snead of Brooklyn and Dimitri Belzaire of Brooklyn, NJ; a devoted brother, Randolph James Lewis (Willie L.); a sister, Crystal Clay; two nephews, R. J. Lewis (Lisa)and Randrell Lewis; one great niece, Kiya Lewis; one great nephew, Asher Lewis; four aunts, Truddie Harden, Bernice Phillips, Georgiana Catherine Matthew and Sally Barrett; four uncles, McArthur Lewis ( Mollie),James Lewis (Ruby Pearl Lewis); Leotis Lewis (Gloria Jones Lewis) and Alvin Lewis (Gloria Williams Lewis);a supportive cousin, Janet Lewis Campbell and a host of other cousins and friends. She will be missed by all her family and friends.
