Delores Teresa Kelsey Lemons made her transition peacefully on Saturday, May 14, 2022.
Delores was born on May 4, 1948 to the late Robert and Carltha Kelsey. She grew up in Ewing Township with her siblings, Wanda Jean and Melvin (Bucky). where she was educated in the Ewing Township school system.
Delores met the love her life, Willie Lemons. They were united in Holy Matrimony and were happily married until his death in November 2020. Willie and Delores were blessed with two children, Willie, Jr. and Kyle.
Early in her working career, Delores worked at the Labor & Industry Building as a File Clerk. After raising her children, she followed her dream and went to school for nursing. She worked several years at Mercer Medical Center as an RN, an accomplishment she and her family were very proud of.
Delores was caring and giving. Anyone who knew her, would often benefit from the medical advice she would share. Her family and friends will forever cherish the birthday cards they would receive every year on their birthday. She not only cared about people, but also loved animals. She was especially a dog lover.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Kyle Lemons of Trenton, NJ; step-son, Lyle Lemons of California; two grandchildren, Kya Lemons and Brandon Moaning; her brother, Melvin Burchett (Barbara), Ewing Twp., NJ; two aunts, Ethel Smart and Lyly Mathis, both of Trenton, NJ.; three nieces, Elisa Burchett of New York, NY, Camisha Burchett and Anrea Darby of Ewing Twp., NJ; great nephew, Hunter; a very special first cousin/sister, Phyllis Murray of Washington.: DC; Cousin Marl), special friends; Helen, Candy Della, Marlene, Pat. Janelle, Madeline and Dot; like a daughter, April Thompson, all of her first cousins, who were very dear to her; Roosevelt, Jr., Frank, Jr., Eugene, Jerry. Carl, Earl, Shirley, Helen, Susan, Yvonne, Yvette and Janice Kelsey Gilliard; a cousin/niece, Tahesia Huntley Brown, and a host of cousins and friends.

Fyneral service will be 11am Friday, May 27, 2022 at Hyghes Fyneral Home, 324 Bellevye Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hoyr will be 10am yntil the time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.
