Dolores Daniels

On Saturday, June 28, 2025, Dolores peacefully answered the Master's call from labor to reward faithful servant.

Dolores M. Daniels was born on Saturday, October 13, 1934, in Hopewell, New Jersey to Walter and Genie Daniels.

She was educated in the Hopewell Valley School District. Dolores was employed as an several administrative roles with the NJ Division of Taxation before retiring in 1990. Administrative Assistant/Head Clerk for the New Jersey Division of Taxation. She held

Dolores attended Second Calvary Baptist Church, she enjoyed interacting with youth and enjoyed listening to music. She held membership at Second Calvary Baptist Church, Church Secretary to Pastor Owens, Director of Calvary's Angels member of the Senior Usher Board, member of Senior Choir for several years. In her leisure time, she loved to bake, especially for special occasions.

She was preceded: death by her parents Walter and Genie Daniels; her brothers Floyd, Charles, James, Milford, Richard, David, Wilmer and Arthur Daniels; her sisters Hazel E. Howell and Christine M. Holland.

Dolores' memory will be cherished and forever remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Though she is gone, her legacy of love, laughter and faith lives on in all of us. We know that although she is absent from her earthly body, she is present with our Lord. Rest well Dolores, we love you and miss you dearly.

Funeral service will be 11am Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Second Calvary Baptist Church, 69 Columbia Ave, Hopewell, NJ 08525. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.
