Donna M. Wilson

Donna Marie Wilson Porter transitioned peacefully at home on July 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

A devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend, Donna was known for her gentle spirit, unwavering love for family, and deep appreciation for the arts. She found joy in Broadway productions, reading, and music, and most recently treasured quiet days spent with her loved ones and her cherished dog, Barack.

Donna was a proud graduate of Hamilton High West, and furthered her education at Douglas College, The College of New Jersey, and Atlanta University. Her career reflected her heart for service, with roles at the State of New Jersey, United Way, and most recently, caring for residents at The Gables of West Windsor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louise and John Wilson; her sister, Johnette Wilson; and her brother, Keith Wilson.

 A Memorial service will be held from 12-1pm Friday, July 11, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Interment will be private.
