Edward Lewis Branch was born on August 19, 1960, in Halifax, North Carolina to the late Eulas Melvin and Luecretia Branch. He is also predeceased by his brother Melvin Branch, his son Taiwan Davis.
He departed this life on December 22, 2021. Edward was raised in Trenton, New Jersey from 9 years old. He relocated to Willingboro, New Jersey in 1989.
Edward began working in home improvement where he worked as a paver and a painter. He also worked in landscaping. Edwards was multi-skilled in various fields.
He was a loving man who enjoyed his family and friends. A true comedian, most people would say. Edward was mainly known for feeding the poor and giving a helping hand to those that were in need.
Edward's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his two sisters Versie Mathis of Lumberton, NJ and Brenda Branch of Jacksonville, FL; his two children Jabari Cross and Rakeisha Mack both of Trenton, NJ; three special friends Ethel Kent, Cindy Coleman and Barry Dunken; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 1pm Friday, January 7, 2022 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 12pm until time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
