Edward P. Ellis

On Sunday, January 28, 2026 at Mercer Hospital in Trenton, New Jersey. Edward peacefully answered the Master's call from labor to reward and collected her wings and went on to glory. A job well done my good and faithful servant.

Edward P. Ellis was born on Tuesday, June 9, 1970 in Trenton, New Jersey to Patricia M. Ellis and Franklin R. Ellis Sr.

He was educated in the Trenton public school system. He was self employed.

In his leisure time, Edward enjoyed the art of music. His passion was to write and rap. He loved spending time with his family and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother Patricia M. Ellis; his father Franklin R. Ellis Sr.; his brother Franklin R. Ellis Jr.

Edward's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his sisters Tonya, Andrea, Seeaflia, Kim, Leniene, Tabitha; his brother Lawrence; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11am Friday, February 13, 2026 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
