Eric L. Lee Obituary

With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Eric accepted his angel's invitation into the kingdom on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. As a result, our hearts are less bright, but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter.

Eric Julian Lee was affectionately called "Mr. Wonderful" & "Booger" was born on June 30, 1957, in San Bernadino, California to Tony Ray Lee Sr. and Willie Lee. Eric was a lifelong resident of Bucks County primarily in the Levittown & Langhorne, PA areas.

He was educated in the Bristol Township School District and was a 1978 graduate from the former Delhaas High School in Bristol, PA. He was employed for many years before his disability, at Sonoco Products Packaging in Jamesburg, NJ.

Eric was an avid collector of clowns, and all things related. He loved hamburgers and could eat them every day. Pepsi was a daily beverage and there was no substitute. Parakeets were his pets of choice, and he shared this love with his nieces and nephews. He was not shy and was the 'life of the party' wherever he went. His cars of choice were usually something fast, preferably a Camaro equipped with a sunroof for tanning. He loved the beach and would often go to Myrtle Beach during the summer "to get his tan on", the darker the better", he would say. Before his surgeries, he could be found on the courts playing tennis with his friends. His fashion sense was anything expensive from Macy's along with an array of fragrances and gold chains to match. He will be remembered for his eloquent speech, calling everyone the word that rhymed with "witch" when he greeted them and this included mothers of the church, much to his mother's dislike. Every spring, he would make his annual sojourn to Washington,

D.C to view the blooming of the Cherry Blossoms.

Things his family and friends will cherish the most are the memories of his Kid-like enthusiasm for Christmas when he would meticulously create winter wonderlands, with a million lights, for the little ones in the neighborhood in addition to his eye-appeal- ing, deliciously-crafted Easter baskets for those special people in his life. He will truly be missed!

He was predeceased by: father, Tony Ray Lee, Sr.; brother Tony Ray Lee, Jr.; sisters, Monet Lee and Paula Batiste.

Eric's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his mother Willie Lee, whom he loved dearly; sisters, Stephanie Lee-Gregg and Jeanine Lee; nephew, Maurice Batiste; nieces, Desiree (Kyheem, Sr.) Townes, Yolanda (DeAndre) Roberson, Katrina Gregg, Carlton (Latice) Williams and Tatianna Williams; great nieces and great nephews, Kyliyah & Kyheem, Jr Townes, Amari and Kyheir Roberson, Kieran Batiste, Savannah and Saharrah Ortega; special brothers-in-law Carlton Batiste and Willie Gregg; and a host of friends and family locally and from North Carolina.
