Florence "'Luvern• Vickers-Little was born in Princeton, NJ on June 11, 1961. She slipped peacefully away on August 26, 2025, at her home In Florida.
Florida was the state she chose to call home. Being a Minister at the Bread of Life Church in St. Augustine with Pastor James Q. and Co-Pastor First Lady Wanda Nelson, she worked in varying
capacities.
Throughout her years of life, Luvern was a certified nurse's assistant at various locations. Church was her first priori where she served faithfully. Singing and "Gone Fishin" were never missed. If there was someone in need, she was the with open arms.
Luvern was preceded in death by her husband, David "Charles" Little; father, Robert Vickers Ill; two brothers, Euge Vickers and Robert Dennis; and a nephew, Quawe' Morgan.
She is survived by her two sons, Ondrae Meyers (Erie), NC and Noah Vickers (Angel), FL; granddaughters, Adriana, Lav Lidia, Nastassia and Alexia; One great-grandson, AJ. A few godchildren, "Baby Godmom" - JJ; mother, Martha Vicke sisters, Teresa Sutphin, Vickie Vickers, and Susan Vickers; Her Godmother, Fannie Mae Morris. A host of nieces a nephews, very special friends, Amanda, Faith, Eric, Susan and Ned, as well as many other family and friends.
Funeral service will be 11am Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 150 N. Clinton Ave., Trenton, NJ 08609. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be private.
