Georgette Andrews, affectionately known as "Dimples" and "Dimp" was born on August 11,1960 to the late Rev. George Lee Harris Sr. and the late Olvia Fannie Foreman-Harris. She departed this life on January 26, 2026 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ surrounded by her loving family.
Georgette was educated In the Trenton Public School System. She was employed by Bruno and Ridgway, where she dedicated 33 years until she retired to become a full-time caregiver to her mother.
Georgette loved nothing more than being able to provide full time care to her mother. While she was fully dedicated to this role, she also served her church Faithful Missionary, Baptist Church of Trenton, NJ where her brother Brian K. Harris is the pastor. At her church she served as the secretary for many years as well as dedicating herself to be in charge of organizing and hosting many fundraising yard sales, food, and clothing giveaway events to assist the community. She also was a team support for the church's New Beginnings Recovery Ministry. She took a lead role in her mother's missionary work once she was no longer able to. She organized and led clothing, food and Thanksgiving basket giveaways for Harris Ministries of Trenton, NJ where her brother Rev. George Lee Harris Jr. is the pastor. Georgette was loving, caring and extremely dedicated to her mother, her church family and anyone that was in need. She always had a smile and kind words no matter how she was feeling or what she was going through.
Though her smile is gone forever and a hand we cannot touch. We still have so many memories of the one we loved so much. Her memory is our keepsake, with which we will never part. God has her in his keeping. We have her in our hearts. She is truly missed and never forgotten.
