When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure.
With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Greg accepted his angel's invitation into the kingdom on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Capital Health Regional Hospital in Hopewell, New Jersey. As a result, our hearts are less bright but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter.
Gregory Randolph Jackson was born November 23, 1964 in Madison, Georgia to Mozelle Barfield and Benn Bennis.
He was a graduate of Trenton Central High School. Greg was employed by Toll Brothers, City of Trenton Trash Collection and Home Depot, where he met some close friends. He was the best carpenter, he would turn nothing into something. Many people called him the best handyman around.
In his leisure time, Greg loved watching football, he was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by his father Benn Bennis.
Gregory's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his daughter. Maleeka Jackson; his mother Mozelle Barfield; his sister Anita Bradshaw; a brother Darryl Barfield; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
I thought of you with love today but that is nothing new,
I thought about you yesterday and days before that too
I think of you in silence I often speak your name,
All I have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part
God has you in His keeping I have you in my heart
Love You
- Maleeka
