Henry Loftin Jr.

Henry was born February 4 1956 in Trenton NJ . He grew up in North Trenton with his parents and three sisters.

He attended Our Lady Divine Shepherd School, Cathedral High School and Trenton Central High School.

Henry played baseball for N. Trenton Little League every summer. His Family never missing his games.

Henry worked with his Father at his Amoco Gas Station and later drove his own tractor trailer hauling steel for Hank and Son's Trucking with his Father.

After high school Henry joined Mercer County Corrections, first at Trenton Jail House and later retiring as a Lt from Mercer County Corrections (The Workhouse).

Henry had a love for life through his many interests and hobbies. He loved fishing with his Uncle Charles and roller skating. Loved watching cartoons, partying, spending time with his family especially holiday time and traveling especially after he and Diana were married.

Henry belonged to PBA Local 167 and sat on the Executive Board. His Heart was with his motorcycle and he was a member of Cyclekings Motorcycle Club the Trenton Chapter. He will always be remembered for his booming voice  He loved the Eagles. 

Henry was a much Beloved Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin and Father.We will always remember him with Love!

He was predeceased in death by his wife Diana Loftin mother Essie L Loftin father Henry W Loftin.

Henry's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his sisters Beverly Sample Debbie Parks (John Parks) and Kathi Loftin

Niece Latia Sample and great niece Amya Mckenzie.

Stepdaughter Natasha McNeil Granddaughter Saniah Kinsey and grandson Nasir Journigan.

Stepdaughter Latonia Brown Dickerson and stepson Ronald Brown. Special friends/brothers Harold Fowler and Marvin James. And Numerous Family and Friends to numerous to name. 

Funeral service will be 11am Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618.  Calling hour will be 9am until time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.
