Jabre Wise Obituary

Jabre Marquae Wise, also known as "Takeoff" to his friends, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, in Turnersville, New Jersey. As a result, our hearts are less bright, but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace, and laughter.

Jabre was born on May 29, 1993 to Aisha White and Jeffery (IB) Wise Sr., in Trenton, New Jersey. He with his mother, relocated to Winslow Township, New Jersey at an early age.

Jabre was educated in the Trenton and Winslow Township, New Jersey school systems. He graduated from Winslow Township High School. Jabre recently graduated from the Harris Business School, to be a Phlebotomist. He was employed at Amazon, as a warehouse worker. He enjoyed playing basketball and was a huge Philadelphia 76ers fan. Jabre also enjoyed playing Xbox video games and most importantly, spending time with his daughter Bria.

Jabre was very kind and caring to everyone. He was always known to be the life of the room and have you not able to stop laughing. Jabre's family also said he could always talk his way out of everything. ("EVERYTHING"). His favorite food was his mother's seafood lasagna. Jabre's smile and personality would brighten any room. He was known for his curly wavy hair and wearing Nike Dunks. He also attended the Perfecting Church.

Jabre's memory will be celebrated and forever remembered by his daughter; Jabria Mylo Wise, his parents Aisha White and Jeffery (IB) Wise Sr.; his maternal grandparents, Thelma Crowder, Elisha White, Step-Grand Mother Michelle White; fraternal grandparents, Bartimus Pack (Roslie), Elizabeth Watson (Claude); three sisters, Dieisha Wise, Jamila Wise, Melanie Jackson; seven brothers, Rahman Mejia, Jeffery Wise Jr., Dejavae Weeks, Justin Griffin, Jahsir, Nassir, and Kye Wise; his uncles, Karim White, Leroy Wise, Bartimus Pack Jr., Earl Pack; his aunts, Olivia White, Lillian Stradford (Anthony), Donna Wise, Sharon Watkins, and Zina Mccleese; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and special mentors, Elisha White, Omar Aikens, Omar Flores, Kaye-Marie, Michael Tilghman and Nikita Blackwell.

We little knew that day, God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death, we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone.

For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide. And although we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
