Our Lord and Savior called our beloved Jacqueline to rest on Friday March 26, 2021 at St. Francis hospital, Trenton New Jersey
Jacqueline was born in Warrenton, NC on June 20, 1959 to Walter and Margaret Holloway. Jacqueline relocated to Trenton, NJ at the age of 9 months. She was a resident of Trenton for 61 years.
She was educated in the Trenton School system and graduated from Trenton Central High School. She retired from Community Affairs after 27 years. She was a member of New Horizon Baptist Church, under the leadership of Elder Albert Matlock Jr.
She was predeceased by her father Walter Holloway Sr. Jacqueline's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her children Shawntia Holloway and Roderick Matthews Jr. (Dionna), her 5 grandchildren, Devyn Holloway, Dakota Leonard, Grayson, Lennox. and Maverick Matthews. Her mother Margaret Holloway. sister Beverly Holloway, brothers Walter Holloway Jr. (Shirley) and James Holloway (Gina), 3 aunts Amy Richardson, Louise Leysath (Louis) and Alminta Davis (William) and 1 uncle Johnnie Jones and a host of nieces, nephews. cousins and friends.
Services will be 10am Monday, April 5, 2021 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hours will be 9am until the time of services. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ.
