DAD
It is hard for us to say goodbye, we will miss that twinkle in your eyes. We were always proud to call you Dad, the best friend a child could have. With our breaking hearts, we held you and saw you Slip Away. Although we loved you dearly Dad, we could not make you stay. An empty heart, and an empty chair, Our father’s Love is no longer there. Your Golden heart stopped beating. Now you’re loving Souls at rest. The times we laughed and times we cried, memories now inside our minds, and though letting go is so very sad, we never will forget you, Dad.
