John Harris Livingston, born May 25, 1971 in Trenton, New Jersey to Betty Boswell and Walter Livingston Sr.
He was educated in the Trenton public school system.
He was employed by Capital Health Systems as a Pre Op Tech, Central Jersey Waste.
“John John”, as he was affectionately called, was a loving and caring man who enjoyed life. He found so much joy and pride in helping others. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and karaoke. John had a relentless love for both his immediate family and extended family. He had a passion for helping his community, and he adored his children. He was quick-witted and he could make anyone laugh. John’s favorite quote was , “John John, they say my name twice because I’m just that nice!”
He attended the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Boswell; his father Walter Livingston Sr.; maternal grandparents Bessie and Grady McClinton.
John’s memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his wife Robin Bell; two brothers Walter Jr. (Jacqueline) Livingston, Sylvester (Michelle) Livingston; his children Linda Williams, Kareek Dockery, Kadeem Dockery, Kareem Dockery, John Howard all of Trenton, NJ, Johaquis Livingston Jenkins of Ohio, Rhonel Bell and Daizah Livingston both of Willingboro, NJ; six grandchildren Jayceon Williams, Izae Williams and Samarjae Milmourne, Noah John Howard, Neymar James Howard and Cecilia Howard; three nieces Talaya Livingston, Ashleigh and Ja’Nae Cuozzo; three nephews Walter Livingston III, Daniel and Taj Cuozzo; his children’s mothers Tisha (John) Jenkins; Judy Howard and Tracey McClinton; a sister-in-law Ernestine Dockery; a very special godmother Rosemary Allen; a special friend Kisha Dockery; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Services will be 10am Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hours will be 9am until the time of services. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
