Obituary

With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Juana accepted her angel's invitation into the kingdom on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Hamilton Grove Rehabilitation Center in Hamilton, New Jersey. As a result, our hearts are less bright but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter. 
 
Juana Soto Lebron, born July 3, 1956 in Maca, Puerto Rico to Estebania Lebron and Jose Soto. She attended Lakewood High School, Lakewood, New Jersey. Juana was employed by Grant Elementary School in Trenton, New Jersey and Princeton Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. . 
 
Juana loved going to church, and she attended Iglesia Abrigo Del Altisimo. She also loved singing, shopping, cooking and spending time with family. 
 
She was preceded in death by her father Jose Soto; her mother Estebania Lebron; husband Jose L. Nieves, Sr.; three sisters 'Blanca Rivera, Carmen Rivera', Ramona Rivera; a brother Luis Soto. 
 
Juana's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her sister Rosalia Rivera; brother Julio Soto; sister Lucy Soto; her daughter Honey Jolley (WilliS); Son Alexander Nieves; son Jose L. Nieves, Jr.; four grandchildren Jecenia Nieves" Ashanti Jolley, Milani Jolley, Jessica Nieves and Alexander Nieves, [r.: a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

 

Services will be 12-2pm Monday, February 15, 2021 at the Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Interment will be at Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton, NJ.
