Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure

You are loved beyond words, missed beyond measure

Khalil departed this life on Thursday, February 16 2023. As a result, our hearts are less bright but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter.

Khalil R. Glanton was born October 26, 1999 in Trenton, New Jersey to ltekya Couch and Abdus Saboor Glanton. He remained a lifelong area resident.

He was educated in the Trenton public school and he graduated from Trenton Central High School System .

In his leisure time, Khalil was very athletic, he enjoyed playing footbalI, baseball and running track. He also liked playing the piano. He will also be remembered as a very  fashionable dressed, he loved and to rap.

He was predeceased by Jeffrey Glanton, Reginald Glanton; his grandmothers Betty Glanton and Therietta  Couch;  his grandfathers Clifton Square Jr., Samford Miller and Joseph Couch.

Khalil's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his father Abdus Saboor Glanton; his mother ltekya Couch; siblings Shanta Ellis, Tianna Gtanton, Brittany (Glen) Miller, Khalah Glanton, Jada Mack, Chad Johnson and Scotland Salley; his nieces Na'Khiya Ellis, Kassidi Talley and Charlee Morris; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

For this is a journey that we all must take, and each must go alone. It's all a part of the Master's plan, a step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick at heart, go to the friends we And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds, Miss me-but let me go.

A Janazah service will be held at 11am Monday, February 27, 2023 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
