Lamont Richardson

When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. 

Lamont Richardson, Sr. Lamont Richardson, Sr., age 55, passed away October 12, 2021, at Medical City ofDaHas Hospital, Texas surrounded by family. 

Lamont was horn in Trenton, New jersey and was educated in Trenton public school system and graduated from Trenton Central High School. 

Lamont was a devoted father of six children and loving grandfather of nine with one on the way. 

Growing up in Trenton, as a child he loved playing basketball, flipping off inner tubes onto mattresses and chasing behind big brother Tracy. 

Lamont was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a member of the International Free and Accepted Modern Mason Order of the Eastern Star. He was the member of the Sons of Solomon Lodge number 220, District 10, New jersey. 

Lamont was predeceased by his parents Jerry William Richardson and Loretta Barnes. 

Lamont's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by (sons) Lamont (Duke) Richardson, Dallas, TX, Joshua 'Josh" Richardson, Philadelphia, PA; daughters Turquoise "Turq" Richardson, Dallas, TX, Elexis "Lex" Richardson, Trenton, Nj, Violet "Peanut" Richardson, Trenton, Nj, Cheyenne "Chey" Richardson, Trenton, Nj; brothers Jerry Tracy Richardson (Doris), Fayetteville, TN, Tyrone Smith, Trenton, Nj, Jessie Barnes, lll. (Barhra), Palm Bay, FL; sister Clenda Lawson, East Windsor, NJ. Last but not least 9 1/2 (be here soon) grandchildren, host of nieces, nephews, friends, family and special friend Manuel Alicea and Eric Lamont Brown. 

Funeral service will be 1pm Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 12pm until the time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.
