Laraine Mitchell

Laraine Mitchell born October 9, 1953 departed this life suddenly on March 20, 2021, at her home.

 

Laraine was a lifelong resident of Trenton, New Jersey. She received her education in the public school system of Trenton.Laraine worked various jobs throughout the Mercer County area for several years.

 

Laraine accepted Christ at an early age and was a former member of Spotlight Holy Temple and Little Light True Gospel Church.

 

Laraine was predeceased by her parents Johnnie Lee Edward Sr. and Ophelia Edwards; her husband Steven E. Mitchell; her maternal grandparents Love Myers Sr. and Annie Laura Cleveland; paternal grandparents Willie and Elizabeth Graham.

 

She leaves to cherish her memories her sisters Annie McNeil and Diane Edwards of Ewing Township, NJ; a brother Johnnie Lee Edwards Jr. of Hamilton Township, NJ. Her aunts Lola Myers of Dawson, GA, Martha Cross and Fannie M. Cross of Cordele, GA and Vivian Mitchell of Trenton, NJ; nieces Shelly A. Jones (Bobbie) of Burlington, NJ, Sherise Edwards-Robinson and Eva Robinson; nephews Jahlique Jones, Austin Edwards (Natalie) and Isaiah Robinson; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
