Lottie B. Cooper was born May 27th, 1940 in Owenton, Virginia in the King and Queen County to the late Efflin B. Hundley and George Cooper. Lottie resided in the King and Queen County of Virginia until she relocated to Trenton, New Jersey with her late husband, Junius Phillips. Lottie entered eternal rest March 17th, 2026 surrounded by her loving family in Trenton, New Jersey.
Lottie B. Cooper was a God-fearing woman who was a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church of Trenton, New Jersey. She also attended Alpha Baptist Church of Willingboro, New Jersey as an occasional visitor. During her time of service at Friendship Baptist church she attended Sunday school and was a member of the Golden Community Ministry. Lottie B. Cooper began her career as a Service Technician for the pharmaceutical company Johnson and Johnson. After retirement, she began her journey as a caregiver and companion of the elderly.
Lottie was a very easy woman to love. She was a matriarch, beautiful, classy, elegant, fashionable, kind, and most importantly loving to all. Sh
