Malika T. Whiting

With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Malika accepted her angel's invitation into the kingdom on Saturday, April 12, 2025 in Trenton, New Jersey. As a result, our hearts are less bright but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter. 

Malika Whiting was born April 2, 1985 in Trenton, New Jersey to Ann Tilghman and Ronald Whiting. She remained a lifelong resident of Trenton She attended Neptune High School. Malika was employed by Capital Health Regional in Trenton.

In her leisure time, Malika loved to dance and make jokes. She also enjoyed changing her hair, making ruffles and tutu's.

Malika's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her mother Ann Tilghman (Martel); her father Donald Whiting; her two sons Santana Maher and Ty'qia Hazel;one daughter Amiyah Whiting; her four sisters Lakisha Walker and Kyneefah Leak, Kiyana Beckett and Tanisha Jones; her brother Duan Walker; her niece/daughter Naquirah Green; niece Jyasia Barber; her nephew Malik Walker; a special friend Ashley Robinson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 12pm Monday, April 21, 2025 at Calvary Pentecostal Church, 471 Parkway Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hours will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be private.
