Phoebe was an avid bowler and enjoyed traveling. What she really most was spending quality time with her family. She never wanted to be the center of attention but loved to luxuriate in all the events. She will be deeply missed!
Phoebe leaves to mourn three brothers Robert Howard Sr., Isaac (Doris) Howard, Chestean (Hattie) Howard; three sisters Dottie Mack, Claire Howard & Linda (Aaron) Mills; six children James (Betty) Howard, Edward "Weedle" Wormley, Clarence (Elizabeth) Wormley, Michele Wright, Brian Wormley & Jacque (Vanessa) Howard; one God Son Jonathan Howard; eight grandchildren Lael and Jessica Howard, Twiane Moore, Regina Wallace, Damein Wormley, Rolanda Wright, Tiffany (Mike) Evariste & Madeline Howard; six great grandchildren Ondra Mayfield, Nassir Wormley, Ty' A & TyQuan Woodall, Azariah Ward & Trent Wright.
