Rhonda W. Gray-Williams Obituary

With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Rhonda accepted her angel's invitation into the kingdom on Friday, February 28, 2025 in Hamilton, New Jersey. As a result, our hearts are less bright but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter

Rhonda Theresa Wendy Gray-Williams was born on November 3, 1965 in San Fernando Trinidad Tobago to Herbert Gray and Alice Peggy Gray

She was educated in the Labrea R.C. Primary School in Trinidad, and the East Orange public schools. Rhonda was a graduate of Clifford J. Scott High School class of *83. She furthered her education while attending Trenton State College (College of New Jersey), where she earned her bachelors degree. She was employed as a Social Worker. Rhonda was employed at St. Francis
Medical Center from 1989-1999, Helene Fuld Hospital from 2000-2003, a babysitter from 2004-2025, lastly she worked at Grace Cathedral Fellowship Ministries from 1998-2025.

In her leisure time, Rhonda loved talking on the phone with her mother faithfully everyday, spending time and taking care of her grandchildren. She'll also be remembered for babysitting and taking care of other children over the years that she loved dearly. Her passion was shopping, she enjoyed shopping for herself and her grandchildren. Rhonda loved taking pictures of herself and posting on social media everyday, especially Facebook whether it was something inspirational or humorous she didn't skip a day.

She wvas predeceased by father Herbert Gray; her grandmother Agnes Mitchell; an uncle Neil Gray.

Rhonda's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her three children Shavonnia, Reginald Williams Jr, and Isaiah Miller; her mother Alice Peggy Gray; her brothers Ronnie (Tamerine) and Marlon Gray Sr.; her sisters Nicole, Lee (Marlene), and Quacisha (Lasun) Haywood; her grandchildren Nalani Pullen, Jakobe Williams and a Bonus Grandson Karl Picott; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends 

 

Funeral service will 11am Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton, NJ.
