With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Ronald accepted his angel’s invitation into the kingdom on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Virtua Hospice in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. As a result, our hearts are less bright but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter.
Ronald T. Perry was born May 20, 1934 in Parish of Portland District of Port Antonio Jamaica West Indies to Leslie Perry and Mard Anderson.
He was educated at Secondary Titchifield School in Jamaica. He was employed as a housekeeper and chef. Ronald attended the Beulah Church of God (Seventh Day) and Unity Church of God (Seventh Day). In his leisure time, Ronald enjoyed to cook, dance and serving the Lord while attending church.
He was preceded in death by his father Leslie Perry; his mother Mard Anderson; his wife Cecelin A. Perry; two brothers Linford Graham and Lesley Perry; his daughter Barbara Perry.
Ronald’s memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his two daughters Clover Deacon (Justin) and Paula Grant (James); three sons Jeremiah Perry (Beverly), David Perry (Marjorie) and Ramsay Perry (Sherine); fifteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law Louise Campbell and Carmin Burke; two brothers-in-law Erick Martin and Constantine Martin; three nieces and two nephews; a host of other relatives and friends.
If roses grow in heaven
Lord, pick a bunch for us
Place them in our father arms
And tell them they’re from us
Tell him that we love and miss him
And when him turns to smile
Place a kiss upon his cheek
And hold him For a while
We love you dad
Lovingly Submitted, Clover Deacon, Paula, Jermiah, David and Ramsay
