Sarah Ruth Sanders

Ms. Sarah has earned her wings, she departed this life on October 31, 1952. The Lord called her home on January 13, 2022. Ms. Sarah was born in Camilla, Georgia. She moved to 
Trenton, New Jersey in 1972 with her six sons who she loved unconditionally. 

Ms. Sarah was known as a wonderful grandmother to all her grandkids and even the neighborhood kids. 

In addition to her parents, Ms. Sarah was preceded in death by her sons Derrick "Red" Sanders, Reginald "Hcav" Sanders and Curtis Sanders. 

Ms. Sarah's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her sons Larry Sand­ers, Ronald Sanders and Corkney Sanders; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Sarah was loved by many to know her was to love her she was known for her southern cooking interacting with all of her grandkids who she loved the most she was the neigh­borhood mom to everyone in her community. 

When you come to the end of the road and the sun has set on me,

 I want no rites in a gloom filled room, why cry for a soul set free. 

Miss me a little-but not too long, and not with your head bowed low, 

Remember the love that we once shared, Miss me-but let me go. 

For this is a journey that we all must take, and each must go alone. 
It's all a part of the Master's plan, a step on the road to home. 

When you are lonely and sick at heart, go to the friends we know. 
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds, Miss me-but let me go. 

Funeral service will be 10am Monday, January 31, 2022 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618.  Calling hour will be 9am until the time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
