Deacon Seaford Duncan was born in Reynolds, Georgia on December 13,1933 to the late Deacon Paul Duncan and Lucy Carter Duncan.
The family moved to Trenton, NJ in December 1941 where he attended the Trenton Public Schools. He was member and Deacon at New Salem Baptist Church of Trenton, NJ Seaford served in the United States Army from May 1950 to December 1962 where he was honorably discharged after years of honest and faithful service. After many years of dedicated service, he retired from Central Paper company.
Preceded in death by brothers Paul Jr., Eugene Duncan and sister Mattie Mae Blue. He leaves to mourn his loss, daughter Marie Ann, three brothers Walter Duncan (Elaine), Clyde Duncan (Angela), Arthur Duncan, sister Pauline Duncan and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be 11am Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 10am until the time of service. Interment will be at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing, NJ.
