You are loved beyond words, missed beyond measure
With much love spread and many memories shared, our beloved Seleslie accepted her angel's invitation into the kingdom on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 in Portsmouth, Virginia. As a result, our hearts are less bright but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter.
Seleslie Williams was born November I, 1952 in Trenton, New Jersey to Joseph and Janette Williams.
She was educated in the Trenton public school system. She was employed at Saint Joseph's Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey and Greenwood House in Ewing, New Jersey.
In her leisure time, Seleslie enjoyed watching television, and her favorite programs were Wrestling, LMN and her soap opera. Seleslie enjoyed the outdoors. She loved planting flowers and plants. She loved her family and spending quality time with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Janette Williams; her siblings Josephine, Nathaniel and Jerry Williams.
Seleslie's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by her three sisters Annie Ramos, Anjanette and Melvin Bynum and Freda Williams of Portsmouth, VA; one brother Franklin Williams of Trenton, NJ; five nephews Anthony (Michelle) Davis, Hashim Long, Jermaine (Janet) Williams, Keith (Tiffany) Ramos and Noah Gpnzalez; five nieces Laketta (Willie) Pitts, Shanell, Sharell, Tiffany and Symiah; one goddaughter Lakeisha Williams; one aunt Almeta Brown of Paterson, NJ; a host of great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 1pm Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618 . Calling hours will be 11am until the time of service. Interment will be at Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.
