Steve Wilson

Steve has earned his wings. He answered the call on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and took his final flight home. As a result, our hearts are less bright, but we know the heavens are filled with extra doses of love, joy, peace and laughter. 

Steve Wilson Sr., born June 27, 1960 in Princeton, New Jersey to James E. Wilson and Margaret Wilson. 

He was educated in the Trenton public school system. He was employed at Power Magnetics where he also retired from. 

Steve enjoyed watching football and he was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He loved spending time with his family and close friends. He will be deeply missed and remembered by all who knew him. He loved to relax and listen to his R&B music, especially The Temptations. 

He was preceded in death by his father James E. Wilson; his sister Lucinda Daniels; a special friend Vincent McRae. 

Steve's memory will be cherished and forever remembered by his loving daughter Marshae; a son Steve [r.; his grandchildren Tyleer Randall and Kamryn Baines; a great grandson, Quadir Randall; his mother Margaret Wilson; a sister Linda; his brothers Tony, Tyrone and Jimmie Wilson; nieces Renee Wilson, Tina Wiggins and Aisha Kelly; nephew Willie Ball III; a great niece Nazirra Johnson; his god­daughter Lashonda Spell and Kelly McRae; ; his special friends John Taylor and Sonia Williams; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Funeral service will be 10am Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hour will be 9am until the time of service. Interment will be private.
