Suie was born on January 1, 1952, in Princeton, New Jersey, to Paul L. Sr. and Wallis B. Marrow. She resided in both Lawrence and Ewing Townships throughout her life. After graduation, she pursued her passion for cooking at Mercer County Technical Schools' Sypek Center, where she studied culinary arts.

She later joined Educational Testing Service (ETS), where she worked for 32 years before retiring in 2020. During her tenure at ETS, she started in Food Services before transitioning to the Mailroom Department, where she served as a Senior Clerical Assistant.
Suie was well known for her lively spirit, sense of humor, and unforgettable personality. She loved having a good time and was always known for saying something funny or unexpected that left everyone laughing.
