Theodore Jackson

Theodore E. Jackson 95 died peacefully at home with family. He was born on July 8, 1925 in Mercer County Pennsylvania. On Friday January 8, 2021 he went to live with his Lord and Savior. He was a Navy veteran from World War II and served in the Pacific theater. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Besides his family he loved music, history, cooking and was an avid sports fan. He is predeceased by his wife Cora Davis Jackson who he was married to for 25 years.

He leaves behind two daughters, Glenna Brown (Jerry) of The Villages, FL, Audree Ashe (Cliff) of Harrisburg, Pa, two stepsons Darren Davis and Derrick Davis of Ewing, NJ. He was predeceased by a stepson Donald C. Johnson (Marie) Oakville, CT. He had eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and fifteen great-great grandchildren. He leaves behind a cherished niece Claudia Garner of Campbell, Oh and two nephews Joseph Garner (Arlene) of Carson, CA and Vincent Tolan of San Diego, CA, and cherished cousins and friends.

He was a member of the Church of Christ in Trenton, NJ.

In honor of his passing donations could be made in his name to the American Cancer Society or the Holy Redeemer Hospice.
