Tracy Johnson

Tracy Johnson, 55, of Trenton, New Jersey passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025. Tracy lived in the Trenton area most of her life. She was educated by the Trenton Public School System. Tracy completed several Early Childhood Education courses at Mercer County Community College. She was employed by Trenton Board of Education under Kelly Services as a Bus Aide. Most of all Tracy was a loving mother, sister, niece, aunt, grandmother, and friend who loved and adored spending time with her family and friends.

She joins heaven with her Parents, McKinley Johnson, Unis Jenkins, and Bonus Father Frank Hickmond; Uncles: James Johnson, Carlton Johnson, Eddie Jenkins and Nicodemus Johnson; Aunts: June Johnson, Ruth Moore, Larlar Warren, Reaver Minor; Godson Brian Smalls and Grandchild Kinslee Johnson.

Tracy is survived by her fiance, Carl Harrell and father of her children Micheal McKinnon (Christine); Aunts: Bea Jenkins, Nellie Williams, Mae Massenberg, Emma Miller, Essie Gibbs, Arie Savage, and Sharon Finney, Uncles: Nelson Jenkins, Willie Johnson (Amanda), and Larry Johnson; Sisters Felicia Johnson, Laura Alexander (Emmett) and Fleurette Johnson; children Dominique (Naquan), Jessica (Claude), Niesha and Michael Johnson, bonus daughter Melonia Stafford; 15 Grandchildren: Yah’zier Berry, Sin’ceir Williams, Damien Copeland, Troy Hall, Zimere Williams, Michael Johnson Jr., Randy Adams Jr., Jah’zier Parker, Armanii Johnson, Jah’zir Adams, Amaurri Johnson, Nyzir Leonard, Kree Johnson, Za’miiya Williams, and Tah’zier Welch; 5 Nieces: Cynthia Gittens, Tricanne Wilson, Nala Williams, Alana Williams, and Elise Alexander 5 Nephews: Warren Gittens, Brian Gibson, Bryon Gibson, Frank Wilson and Joe Wilson; 7 Godchildren: Shyasia Ayers, Naisa Walker, Dajeer Turner, Naeem Queen, Jacquis McIntosh, Prekiya Morton, and Zimori Smalls; close friend Latonia Spears and a host of Family and Friends. 

Funeral service will be 1pm Friday, May 30, 2025 at New Holy Cross Church of Christ, 500 E. State St., Trenton, NJ 08609. Calling hour will be 12pm until the time of service. Interment will be private.
