William H. Mason, 76 passed away peacefully in Atlantic City Mainland Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Chauncey Mason Sr. and Leah Corrine Green Mason.
William received his GED and furthered his education at Medger Evers College, laying the foundation for a life dedicated to hard work and service. He spent many years as an Engineer for the Marriott, where his skills and dedication were greatly valued. Later, he continued to serve his community at the Home Depo, where he was known for his helpful nature and willingness to lend a hand.
He is predeceased by his brother Chauncey Mason Jr., his sisters Sandra Brown and Joanna Mason and one sister-in-law Shelia Mason.
He is Survived by his wife of 27 years Frances Pearson, who he build a beautiful life filled with Love and Laughter. He was a proud father to his two daughters Riaesha Rouse and Alexandria Boyce, a proud Grandfather to his 4 Grandchildren Demetrius Worley, Zaydin Boyce, Zamira Greene, Zakyla Williams, and a proud brother to his Sister Leona Moore, his Brothers Reverend Frank Mason, Ulysses (Uly) Mason, Robert Coleman, Gregory Mason, Steven Mason, his Sister-in-laws Maxine Mason and Iris Mason, Brother-In-Law Leonard Moore, Godson Isiah Brown, and a Host of Nieces and Nephews. Who all will forever cherish his memory.
William’s legacy of love and dedication to his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be remembered by his unwavering support, and the countless ways he enriched the lives of those around him.
Rest in Peace , William. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Funeral service will be 1pm Friday, May 2, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home, 324 Bellevue Ave., Trenton, NJ 08618. Calling hours will be 11am until the time of service. Interment will be private.
